Swing Cats Is Coming Back Soon!

Hey everyone!

I hate to remind you all but winter break is unfortunately coming to an end. However, some good does come out of this. Swing Cats is back!! and our t-shirts are in! They look awesome and I am so excited to actually have them for everyone this year. If you didn't already pre-order them they are $10 if you have already paid for a year or semester membership or $15 if you have not.

The first meeting of Swing Cats will be Tuesday January 18th in the Gittings building as always. For the two Tuesdays in January it will be free open dancing all night. If you are at all interested in DJing please let me know and we can fit you into a slot. Lessons will pick up in February. Intermediate lessons at 7 and beginning lessons at 8.

To help make the most of this semester there will be a Swing Cats business meeting Thursday January 13th at 7pm at Old Chicago (on Campbell and Glenn). We will be talking about upcoming events and hopefully getting more weekend workshops set up. If you have some ideas about how you'd like to see Swing Cats run in the next semester and even next year, please come. The officers would love to hear what you have to say. If you can't make it but still have some ideas you want to share please feel free to message me.
